Abstract

In this paper, we study the factors that influence the integration of Chinese cross-border M&A from three perspectives: Resource-Based View, Industry-Based View & Institution-Based View. We use logistic regression to carry out hypothesis testing, the main conclusions are as follows: High-tech Industries M&A, Product Complementarity and Cultural Distance are significantly negatively related to the integration of Chinese cross-border M&A. Market Complementary, Value Chain Complementary, Overseas Experience and State-owned Enterprises are positively related to the integration.
