- Abstract
The acceleration of urbanization in China has led to a rapid increase in the number of underground garages. Due to the low road adhesion coefficient in these environments, the risk of collision accidents is significantly higher. To enable a more specialized evaluation of Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) system performance in underground garage scenarios, this paper reviews existing standards and NCAP test assessment protocols. Based on this review, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to determine the relevant indicators and their weights, thereby proposing a novel AEB test and evaluation system specifically for underground garages. Finally, the proposed system is validated through real vehicle tests. The results demonstrate that this evaluation system can effectively conduct quantitative assessments, providing a basis for guiding system optimization.
