Abstract

The outbreak of the epidemic and the long-term shutdown led to various problems in urban construction and industrial chain. In this paper, Vensim PLE software is used to form the basic flow rate tree model for the image construction of “resilient city”, and the second-order and third-order analysis and simulation analysis are carried out. The results show that the model constructed in this paper can well reflect the relationship between various governance means and the construction of “resilient city”. Moreover, the government’s governance of public opinion and the improvement of its prevention and control capacity after an emergency play an important role in post-disaster construction. The study provides some suggestions for future response to public health emergencies and urban image reconstruction.
