- Abstract
This researh aims to examine the impact of communication satisfaction, coworker support, on work engagement and job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses SEM [Structural Equation Model] analysis with 201 samples. The results showed that communication satisfaction and coworker support were directly related to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also directly related to work engagement. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on work engagement. Job satisfaction becomes a mediation on the influence of communication satisfaction and co-worker support on work engagement
