Abstract

This study’s objective is to examine the influence of knowledge sharing and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior through psychological safety as a mediator for employees of the West Sumatra Province’s Forestry Service. The research population included all 352 employees of the West Sumatra Province’s Forestry Service. For this study, the sampling method employed was the proportional clustered simple random sampling, and the sample size comprised 187 participants. This analysis technique is SEM, which is performed with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The study’s findings indicate: The knowledge sharing is connected to organizational citizenship behavior so the results are significant and positive, the transformational leadership is connected to organizational citizenship behavior so the results are significant and positive, the knowledge sharing is connected to psychological safety so the results are significant and positive, the transformational leadership is connected to psychological safety so the results are significant and positive, the psychological safety is connected to organizational citizenship behavior so the results are significant and positive, the knowledge sharing is connected to organizational citizenship behavior through psychological safety as a mediator so the results are significant and positive, the transformational leadership is connected to organizational citizenship behavior through psychological safety as a mediator so the results are significant and positive.
