- Abstract
This paper explores the controversy over women’s rights to abortion in the United States, particularly following the Roe versus Wade Supreme Court Case of 1973. This work explores the ethics and consequences of several arguments for and against the right to abortion. This article analyzes ethical theories, including consequentialism and utilitarianism, and delves into the different perspectives within the debate over abortion in the United States.
