Abstract

This paper start from the value of materials and the availability of market supply and then put forward the definition of relative value that according to the market availability;Next combined with C.V analysis, on the basis of relative value of materials and the stable demand of the companies, the materials segmentary matrix is designed; Finally, the purchasing materials positioning model is established, and the purchasing strategy analyses can be provided according to the characteristics of the purchased materials.
