Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the construction of think tanks in China by analyzing the construction model of RAND's think tank. This study mainly analyzes the typical practices and successful experiences of RAND's organization management, operation management, and talent team construction. The paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of think tanks in China from the aspects of strengthening database construction, expanding the results display channels, and improving the efficiency of administrative operations.
