Abstract

A new round of digital technology-based transition is accelerating in all walks of life. Facing the disruptive changes brought by technology application and business innovation, organization and management of power enterprises will begin a systematic and integrated restructuring. Based on the practical experience of international advanced power enterprises, this paper analyzes and predicts that the organization and management of power enterprises in the future will present the development trend of digital, platform, ecological and enabling. Specifically, the organization presents a progressive trend of digital, platform and ecological, as well as the employment presents the trend of enabling.
