Abstract

As the first responsible person of postgraduates in school, tutors play an irreplaceable role in the growth and development of postgraduates, and also play an important role in the formation of professional quality and moral quality of postgraduates. How to give full play to the main role of tutors in postgraduates management and improve the working mechanism of tutors in Ideological and Political Education of postgraduates is the key to cultivate morality and promote the growth and success of postgraduates.
