Abstract

With the rapid development of economy and the intensification of competition, the competition of high-tech industry is particularly fierce in the information age. As the equity incentive is a necessary factor in the development of any company including high-tech industry, this study will take Tencent as a sample to analyze the feasibility and hidden problems of Equity incentive policies of high-tech companies, and propose suggestions based on the analysis of hidden problems.
