- Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a powerful technology capable of producing original content from text, images, and sound, offering highly personalized educational support. In primary and secondary education, it can assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom instruction, grading, and curriculum optimization, while enhancing students’ individualized learning experiences through real-time feedback, adaptive content, and interactive scenarios. AI also strengthens school administration by enabling more precise student evaluation, personalized development planning, and improved campus safety. However, its application raises significant legal risks, particularly concerning the protection of minors’ personal information, data security, potential dissemination of harmful content, and copyright issues. Addressing these challenges requires coordinated efforts among regulators, schools, teachers, and service providers to establish clear standards, ensure compliance with data protection laws, enhance teachers’ AI literacy, and provide effective remedies, thereby balancing educational innovation with the safeguarding of students’ rights.
