- Abstract
Procrastination is a common behavior among middle school students, often viewed as a failure in time management and closely linked to poor academic performance. In the face of this issue, teachers and parents lack concrete solutions and scientifically effective guidance. Despite repeated reminders from teachers and parents to avoid procrastination, students often fail to change their behavior, leading to a cycle of continued procrastination and poor academic results. This paper presents a systematic solution based on reflections from the “Student Learning Psychology Counseling” course, utilizing model systems to analyze students’ academic and behavioral performance, thereby helping middle school students improve and resolve their procrastination issues.
