Abstract

With the development of information technology, the number of cyber-threats and cyber-attacks has increased significantly. Based on research cases in the United States and Japan, this paper analyzes the current cybersecurity situation, government and corporate responses to cybersecurity countermeasures, and the corresponding system security and asset-liability. Results demonstrate the government and enterprises should cooperate against cyber security attacks.
