Abstract

In the process of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges, we should start from the innovation of talent training mode, rebuild the curriculum system, strengthen the cooperation and skill competition between schools and enterprises, constantly enrich the teaching content and innovate the teaching mode, and organically integrate the professional spirit and skill training. This paper first analyzes the basic connotation and training significance of professional spirit and professional skills, and on this basis, puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to organically integrate the two for reference.
