- Abstract
It is found that there are still some problems in the current teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities, which restrict the development of public physical education in colleges and universities, and make the teaching quality of public physical education in colleges and universities decline in an all-round way. In order to make a thorough analysis of the problems, we can find that there are many problems in these causes, such as students’ lack of active initiative in learning, and the establishment of physical education teaching objectives is not clear enough, while the quality of students enrolled in colleges and universities is not uniform, and the physical education curriculum is not paid attention to in colleges and universities. In order to be able to To avoid the continuous decline of physical education teaching quality in colleges and universities, we must put forward corresponding solutions to this problem. Therefore, this paper mainly studies and analyzes the causes of the decline of public physical education teaching quality in colleges and universities. Then according to its analysis results to find an effective containment strategy.
