Abstract

Aiming at the lack of expert and user participation problems in knowledge consulting, the paper proposes knowledge consulting service based on HWME, and its characteristics, model and analysis of key technology are analyzed in detail. In the model the expert and user are introduced and take part in discussion. At last a case study show the frame can improve the efficiency of knowledge consulting and meet the users need.
