Abstract

Multi-attributes decision-making method based on fuzzy set pair analysis can effectively describe and process uncertain information when making decisions. The research mainly focuses on water resources allocation plans of northern China. By applying multi-attributes decision-making method, it can help to choose the best water resources allocation plan through its comprehensive evaluation. And the evaluation result proves to be reasonable in the end. This provides an effective way to solve uncertain synthesis decision-making problems of regional water resources.
