Abstract

Quality function deployment (QFD) using the House of quality to convert customer needs into product design and manufacturing requirements. This theory based on the QFD method, JK company manufactures drilling rigs, for example, categorizing customers, through the establishment of "House of quality" model analysis of quality characteristics of different customer needs to improve and control the quality of the product.
