Abstract

This paper makes an in-depth analysis of logistics management of Longtai Electronics Co., Ltd. in terms of coordination, procurement, sales logistics, informatization, standardization, etc., and provides suggestions for improvement from the aspects of strengthening enterprise management, information and standardization investment, procurement cost control, etc., so as to promote the efficiency of enterprise logistics.
