Abstract

Research on tourist satisfaction is an important guide for improving the competitiveness of regional tourism demonstration zone. This paper studies the tourist satisfaction of Jizhou, Tianjin, based on IPA analysis and SPSS analysis, and classifies and analyzes 33 factors affecting tourist satisfaction in the four-dimensional quadrant. The results show that tourists have the highest satisfaction index for tourism resources and the lowest satisfaction with smart tourism. In the future, Jizhou needs to focus on improving tourism transportation and tourism services.
