Abstract

The author introduces interactive teaching into the mental health education courses of college students, adopts the “four in one” teaching mode, makes students become dominant in the classroom and actively participates in teaching, establishes multiple motivational assessment methods, thus the new teaching mode of mental health education courses of college students is constructed.
