On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to The 2nd International Seminar of Science and Applied Technology (ISSAT 2021) with the theme “Challenges in Research and Innovation in New Normal Era”. ISSAT 2021 is an International Seminar initiated by Politeknik Negeri Bandung (Polban), and this is the second year that Polban ever holds such a big event. This year feels more special because we are accompanied with STMIK AMIK Bandung, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, and Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta.
