Abstract

Sensory evaluation has been widely used in many fields. This paper analyzes main factors of making up an experiemtn system in sensory evaluation, applies a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build a model for evaluating rationality of the experiment system, and explain an application of this model using an example.
