Abstract

An evaluation method with attributes’ weights and attributes’ values being pure linguistic values is put forward in this paper. The final result is gained through calculating the linguistic values directly. Based on this method, a weights optimization model and a corresponding algorithm are advanced and applied to evaluate the final result for the technical examination of vehicles in accident, which proves feasible and effective.
