Abstract

State-owned enterprises are an important political and material foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, an important force for the state to implement macroeconomic regulation and control and guide industrial development, an important guarantee for the realization of common prosperity and peaceful life for the people, and an important component and support for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. This study introduces the background of the modernization of national governance, examines the connotation characteristics of the modernization of national governance system and modernization of governance capacity respectively, and then analyses the specific requirements of the modernization of national governance system and modernization of governance capacity for China’s power grid enterprises.
