Abstract

This paper analyzes the status and influence of “ideological and political education” in talent cultivation in the new era, explains the necessity and feasibility of implementing “ideological and political education” in college English teaching, puts forward the practical ways of college English teaching reform based on “ideological and political education”, and introduces how to integrate “ideological and political education” into the training of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating skills in teaching.
