Proceedings of the 2nd INDOEDUC4ALL - Indonesian Education for All (INDOEDUC 2018)
The 2nd International Conference on Indonesian Education for All (INDOEDUC4ALL 2018) was organized by the Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) and held on October 18th, 2018 in the Aria Barito Hotel, Banjarmasin, Indonesia.
Indonesia has known and started implementing inclusive education from early education to senior high school levels. Nowadays there has been a new paradigm that inclusive education began to be applied in universities. It is particularly supported by the Law number 8 of 2016 and Rule of Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education number 46 of 2017. Inclusive education itself is believed by experts in the field of education as the most effective educational paradigm to realize education for all, and Indonesia has ratified it. As a country that has agreed to the international agreement, Indonesia must implement it primarily to accommodate education for disabled students.
