- Abstract
The abrupt growth in the coffee industry brings about a need to analyze factors influencing coffee bean quality, especially in the region of Pangalengan, West Java. Despite training efforts, there are still inconsistencies in the quality of coffee beans, possibly arising from gaps in the employee product knowledge and awareness. This study aims to analyze these factors and its impact towards Morning Glory Coffee, with a quantitative method involving 45 respondents. The findings focus towards the enhancement of SOP implementation and establishment, to further improve the coffee bean quality and drive future research in this field.
