- Abstract
Principal leadership was a teacher who has the ability to lead, guide, mobilize and manage all resources in a school including teacher work discipline. Hence, they can work effectively in order to plan and implement school programs to increase achievement and achieve common goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher work discipline either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance. This research method used a correlational quantitative type with a total of 265 teachers for the study using proportional random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 73 respondents. Data collection techniques used documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the T test and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that there was an influence of the principal’s leadership and teacher work discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of elementary school teachers at Lempuing Jaya District Ogan Komering Ilir
