The 2021 issue of the IFSA-EUSFLAT congress is special due to joining with three traditional events, namely with AGOP 2021 - International Summer School on Aggregation Operators; IJCRS 2021 - International Joint Conference on Rough Sets, and with FQAS 2021 - International Conference on Flexible Query Answering Systems. all three organizations have combined their powers and continue their conference traditions by jointly organizing a multi-conference with IJCRS and FQAS in Bratislava, Slovakia, September 19-24, 2021. The aim of the 19th World Congress of the International Fuzzy Systems Association and the 12th Conference of the European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology, IFSA-EUSFLAT 2021, is to bring together researchers dealing with the theory and applications of computational intelligence, fuzzy logic, fuzzy systems, soft computing and related areas.
