Abstract

Self-mockery, as an indispensable communicative device, has been playing an important role in our life. It can adjust intense atmosphere in communication, alleviate mental pressure and amend participants' relationship Self-mockery, mocks oneself apparently, but in fact it is not. Because, it is on the one hand, taken as a irony, on the other hand, as a kind of humor.
