Abstract

Whether and in what degree the facade decoration of rent shops on ground floor in a high rise residential building affects the earthquake-resistibility of the structure The author analyzes the mechanics quantitatively, and draw that the seismic level of the building will reduce about 0.3 level. Additionally, the way of avoiding is presented in this paper.
