Abstract

In this paper, the development history and current situation of air floatation, the advantages and types of air flotation method, and the effects of flotation method on water treatment are expounded. The influence of the sizes of microbubble that is an important factor to the flotation effect on water treatment is studied. According to the actual situations, the sizes of the microbubble should be chosen. This paper has an important guiding role for the correct application of air flotation method on water treatment.
