Abstract

In this paper, we conduct research on the reform and development of school sports education under the perspective of lifetime sports and nationwide fitness. School physical education is the foundation and the strategic focus of the development of sports which is the foundation of the national fitness program which is also an important part of the whole education career. Our proposed approach and reform combines the advances of the state-of-the-art methodologies which will not only enhance the current model but set up for prospect and modification as well.
