Abstract

Claims in insurance are a process where participants get their rights through a policy agreement. The submission of health claim insurance is carried out with a deal that has been agreed upon from the beginning. This study discusses filing a health insurance claim for Health Fund Solution products at PT. XYZ. This study uses primary data with descriptive methods to explain and describe various things related to the procedures for submitting health insurance claims that apply to PT XYZ. Guidelines for submitting a health insurance claim to an insurance company start from the participant’s submission to the insurance and the claim analysis process until the decision on the claim being submitted is postponed, rejected, or accepted.
