Welcome to the Proceedings of the 2024 5th International Conference on Urban Construction and Management Engineering (ICUCME 2024). The ICUCME conference is created to be an international academic conference for scientists and researchers from the fields related to urban construction and management engineering in China and the outside world, and has been held as an annual academic event since 2020. Since its preparation, ICUCME 2024 has received extensive attention and active participation from domestic and international academic circles.
