Website: http://ictlt.ikipsiliwangi.ac.id/2023/ In the name of Allah, the most merciful and gracious. Welcome to the International Conference on Learning, Teaching, and Technology 2023 (ICTLT 2023). This annual conference was organized by the Primary Teacher Education Department, Faculty of Education, Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Siliwangi. This conference was virtually held on November 15th, 2023. This year’s theme is “Empowering Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) as a Solution for Future Challenge.” ESD is one of the sustainable development goals in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Hence, it has a critical position as proclaimed by the United Nations. That is because ESD has goals and plays a role in achieving other SDGs. Thus, ICTLT 2023 was initiated to contribute the latest ideas to achieve the goals. Participants from various fields of education shared their ideas, research, and findings theoretically and practically in the conferences to address broad, general, or specific topics. We would like to take this chance to thank all the people who made this conference possible. We are happy to have four outstanding speakers to plan representation sessions and parallel presentation sessions; they are Prof. Dr. Phil. AriWidodo, M. Ed. (the head of ESD Indonesia); Prof Ying-Shao Hsu (Taiwan Normal University); Prof. Bayram Bicak (Akdeniz University Turkey); and Dr. Salbihana Binti Samsudin (Tun Hussein Onn University of Malaysia). We also thank the University and Department for all the support. My most incredible gratitude and heartfelt thanks go to all committee members for their intricate and sincere work.
