Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Tourism, Gastronomy, and Tourist Destination (ICTGTD 2018)
The 2nd International Conference on Tourism Gastronomy and Tourist Destination (ICTGTD) is held in Jakarta Indonesia by Trisakti School of Tourism on 8th-9th March 2018, co-hosted by Burapha University Thailand, IMI Switzerland, and Guilin Tourism University PR China. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and implementation experiences, to establish business or research connections and to find global partners for future collaboration.
We provide a platform for educators, researchers, scholars, graduate students, local governments, and communities from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss researches, developments, inventions and innovations in the fields of Tourism, Gastronomy, and Tourist Destination. In short, the conference explore the concept of Tourism, Gastronomy and Tourist Destination to further strengthen the relationships and networking opportunities among educators, researchers, tourism industry, and governments in Indonesia and internationally.
There are 54 papers from various topics of Tourism, Gastronomy and Tourist Destination. These papers are selected go through a strict peer-review process and 46 papers are published in the conference proceedings..
