Abstract

Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry is one of the important industries of Yunnan economy, whichdeveloped rapidly. However, bio-pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan provinceis also faced with serious financial difficulties. This paper analyzes the necessity of special financial bond strategy of Yunnan biological pharmaceutical industry and key matters of its implementationin order to offer the reference to the related researchers.
