- Abstract
By means of documentary methods, this paper compares the preschool teacher cultivation in Germany and France from the aspects of pre-service cultivation and post-service cultivation of preschool teacher education. It analyzes the differences in the performance of preschool teacher cultivation in Germany and France, and puts forward suggestions for the reform of current preschool teacher education in China: The specialization of preschool teacher education and the integration of preschool teacher education should be emphasized.
