- Abstract
In the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the strategy of implementing rural revitalization in the new era is proposed. It includes a thriving industry, a livable ecology, a civilized rural lifestyle and a wealthy life. It is the continuation of the 21st century sustainable development thought in the new era of China. The idea of sustainable development is to realize the harmonious unity between man and nature, to rationally develop nature, to find the most suitable economic development mode for the ecological environment, and to truly realize that “green water and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver”; the idea of sustainable development requires realizing harmony between people. "Village culture construction" and "village governance construction" in the rural revitalization strategy is the realistic embodiment of this idea. Therefore, the rural revitalization strategy is not only a strategy to solve the imbalance between China's urban and rural areas, but also provides a Chinese road and Chinese program for the world's developing countries to solve the imbalance between urban and rural development.
