Abstract

In China, overseas returnees are gathering in universities, which play an important role in the teaching and research work. However, overseas returnee face lot of difficulties in teaching, research and life. In order to solve those problem, it need to update the concept of work, find the new changes and new situation of the overseas returnee, keep touch with them, and understand what they think. it is also necessary to innovate the working methods to enhance the cohesiveness of teachers and inspire the enthusiasm by security the legitimate rights and interests of overseas returnee. It also needs to improve the working mechanism to ensure that all tasks in the ideological and political work are put in place by coordinating all departments and establishing a solid linkage mechanism.
