- Abstract
The 40 + plastic ball reform of the International Table Tennis Federation has a tremendous impact on the Chinese team. Judging from a series of recent international competitions, the Chinese team after the reform has no absolute advantage in technology and is in danger. The author tries to make a thorough analysis of the external environment and internal composition of Chinese table tennis team as well as the true connotation of various specific strengths, to explore comprehensively the influence of the reform of 40+plastic ball of the International Table Tennis Federation on the dominant position of table tennis in China, to reflect on the factors affecting the technical, tactical and psychological training of table tennis, to reveal the existing problems, and to put forward the solution of strengthening tactical and psychological training. The solution is to replace " rotation" with "landing point", create a new "core technology", take " connection technique " theory as training means, realize synchronous training of technology and tactics, give full play to the power of "tactical elements", to make up for the adverse impact of "technical elements", and thus improve the overall strength.
