Abstract

North slope of Qinling Nanshan loop (Xi’an) drive mechanism of environmental governance is an important theoretical and practical problems, north slope of Qinling Nanshan loop (Xi’an) drive mechanism of environmental factors mainly include internal and external factors, through the analysis and the choice of driving factors in north slope of Qinling Nanshan loop (Xi’an) is taken as an example to analyze main factors, explore the north slope of Qinling Nanshan loop (Xi’an) environmental governance effective path, promote the ecological environment governance in Xi’an, Xi’an ecological economic sustainable development.
