Abstract

The article deals with legal policy issues in the area of regulation of migration processes in the early years of Soviet power. And it also defines the main directions of legislative activity in this area. Our research results can be used for creating better migration policies, especially with respect to cross-border areas and the countries of the former Soviet Union.
