Based on the results of the study, by examining the cultural values held by ethnic Kaili, based on the myth that is believed to see women (mombine) as a creature from the sky down to earth (to manuru) as a powerful male partner (tomalanggai) who have been on earth. Kaili women make a respectable place in the community in the city of Palu. In the life of the Kaili family, assigning tasks to women as subjects plays the role of keeping, keeping, property and family heritage (tina nu mbara-mbara). As for the areas of life in Palu City, Kaili women can show their existence to the national level. By looking at the results of the research, it can be a reference to two things (1) improving the quality of human resources through understanding the culture of the community, (2) and affirming gender balance through strengthening the cultural values that have been practiced in women who have a major place in the community.
