Abstract

The main problem of this paper is to look for the ways and means of promoting land law enforcement agency team building in underdeveloped West China. The author mainly through reading literature and field research to carry out research. Land law enforcement agency team building in underdeveloped West China is in systematic dilemma, so, the government need to reform of law enforcement system, adjust the relationship between power and responsibility, perfect legal system, Improve the quality of law enforcement officer, strengthen law enforcement protection, etc. The innovation of this paper lies in research the dilemma of land law enforcement agency team building in underdeveloped West China systematically.
