Abstract

Teachers’ morality is the most important character of teachers and the fundamental guarantee for the quality of talent cultivation. This paper clarifies the three connotations of the moral education of young teachers in colleges, to understand the current situation of moral education for Chinese young teachers, analyzes the achievements and practical problems on the moral education of young teachers in colleges, to find more targeted, effective, maneuverable strategies and suggestions. The purpose is to improve the moral level of young teachers in colleges.
