To this end, a qualitative approach was applied through semi-structured interviews with the managers of these communities. Among the results, it was obtained that managers promote the realization of a diversity of digital and face-to-face interactions that allow them to achieve objectives linked to their sports purposes. It is concluded that the managers of these communities have acquired digital community management skills with which they promote symbolic values and attributes that generate a sense of belonging in their communities, which unites them to achieve objectives linked to the football club of which they are fans.
